WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE ARRIVE?

-For Pre-order drops production and delivery takes 4-6 weeks. (Kobe Prelude Hoodie Drop is Pre-order. Please support us as we grow this brand and are able to do faster Pre-made drops in the future.)

-For Pre-made drops delivery takes 1-2 Weeks. 

HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?

-You should receive a tracking number in your email once your order is shipped out. If you have any questions about your order status you can contact us either through email at justincartiersupport@gmail.com or DM us on instagram @justincartier.shop

 

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER? 

-If you wish to change your order for any reason just contact us either through email at justincartiersupport@gmail.com or DM us on instagram @justincartier.shop and we will work with you to correct any order mistakes. However, once the order is shipped out and your tracking number is received all sales are final.

-If you wish to cancel your order please contact us and you will receive a full refund. PLEASE DO NOT CHARGEBACK as we are a small brand and funds being held could impact us being able to pay for the bulk order and ensure delivery for other costumers.
