WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE ARRIVE?

-For POD(Print on demand) Pieces delivery takes 1-2 weeks.

-For Pre-made drops delivery takes 5-7 days.

HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?

-You should receive a tracking number in your email once your order is shipped out. If you have any questions about your order status you can contact us either through DM  on instagram @forbiddenhills.us or type any concerns into the chat box.

 

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER? 

-If you wish to change your order for any reason just contact us either through  DM on instagram @forbiddenhills.us or type your concerns into the chat box and we will work with you to correct any order mistakes. However, once the order is shipped out and your tracking number is received all sales are final.

-If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped please contact us and you will receive a full refund.
